What sort of work is offered within daily or monthly support?

Our ongoing support is ideal for established brands that need regular creative output, supported by strategic thinking and strong design execution. This can include creative direction, campaign creative, digital marketing assets, EDM design and build, ecommerce packaging, retail signage and more. Retainers are not suited to large-scale projects such as brand identity creation.

Who will I be working with?

You will be communicating and working directly with our Creative Director, Ashley Simonetto.


What is the typical process?

Your team will brief and delegate tasks on a monthly basis. We use Monday or Notion to manage all tasks and communication in one place. Briefs require a minimum of one week’s notice so we can approach each project thoughtfully, with time for strategy, concept development and feedback. If needed, we’re happy to jump on a video call for a live briefing.

What if I want to downgrade my support hours or cancel?

Not a problem. Our services have a minimum commitment of two months. After that, you’re welcome to cancel or adjust your support with two weeks’ notice – no hard feelings!

What if I don’t utilise my hours or I go over?

Each retainer secures a set amount of studio time for your brand each month. Because this time is reserved for you, unused hours don’t roll over. If you need extra support in a busier month, additional hours can be added and billed at our standard hourly rate (don’t worry, we’ll always check with you first.)

How does payment work?

Retainers are billed on a monthly basis and invoiced one week prior the start of each month.
